Vincent Lee "Tripp" Marable III is a commercial litigator with extensive appellate experience. Tripp serves his clients in the Wharton County and Houston areas at Paul Webb, P.C. since 1993. 

Vincent Lee “Tripp” Marable III is a commercial litigator with extensive appellate experience.  Mr. Marable’s commercial litigation experience includes the following practice areas: oil and gas, real property, contract disputes (international and domestic), municipal government (including firefighter compensation), insurance (coverage, bad faith, and policy interpretation), and legal malpractice.  Mr. Marable has served as lead appellate counsel and briefed appeals in every Texas state appellate court and in the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.  Mr. Marable has argued appeals in the Texas Supreme Court, the Federal Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, New York, New Jersey and Florida Courts of Appeals, and the fourteen Texas intermediate courts of appeal except for the 2nd, 3rd, 6th, and 12th Courts of Appeal.
