PAUL WEBB

Paul Webb practiced law for 8 years in Wharton, Texas before forming Paul Webb, P.C. in 1982. Paul has represented a wide variety of clients in all aspects of both civil and criminal law and now focuses his main practice on the areas set out below. 

Born in Texarkana, Arkansas and raised in El Campo, Texas, Paul practiced primarily in Wharton County and the surrounding counties.  He has handled cases throughout the State of Texas.  He now handles a wide variety of issues dealing with real estate, wills and probate, contracts, and municipal law.  Paul has been the City Attorney for the City of Wharton since June of 1993.
